I have to apologize on being so far behind on blogging- these past few weeks have been a whirlwind for me. I met Emma and her beautiful Mommy last week for her 4 month session. She is joining the Milestones Club so you will get to see plenty of this cutie on the blog as she grows up!

Miss Emma has to be one of the cutest little girls I have ever photographed and she absolutely hammed it up for the camera! Her parents wanted to do a session in celebration of her first birthday. We met this morning at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens for her session. Here are a few of many favorites from our session.

So almost two years ago I had the pleasure of meeting the W family when their daughter Morgan was turning one. Flash forward to now and Morgan is almost three and a big sister to 6 month old Kaden! This past Sunday I met with this gorgeous family at the Thomas Center in Downtown Gainesville for their family session. They are blessed with 3 absolutely adorable little boys (and Mom and Dad are quite the lookers too!) Here are a few favorites from our session.

Megan :: 32 Weeks | Tampa Bay Maternity Photographer

I actually met Megan and Jimmy ten years ago when we all attended the University of Florida together. Wow how time flies- they have now moved to Tampa Bay and have started their family. Megan is 32 weeks pregnant with her second little boy and asked me to come down for a maternity session. They are actually doing a Baby’s First Year package so you will get to meet her little one this summer and watch him and his big brother grow up her on the blog!

On Mother’s Day my family made the trip to Tampa Bay for this session- and we had a blast! We met at Ballast Point Park which is right on Tampa Bay with a gorgeous view of the city skyline. Here are just a few favorites from their session.

So there are many, many, many reasons why I love my clients…. and I especially love when they come back for yearly sessions and I get to watch their little ones grow up. I first started photographing the H Family’s children almost two years ago and I look forward to our sessions because I get to see how big the kids are getting! Last year we did their summer session at their home, and this year we decided to head out to the wildflower field for their family photos. Here are a few favorites from their session.

Dawn : 36 Weeks | Gainesville Maternity Photographer

I love doing work for other photographers! It is nice to be able to have a client who understands lighting and posing as well, and when two heads are put together during a session the results are spectacular! Dawn and her adorable family met with me last week in beautiful Downtown Alachua for an urban themed maternity session. Baby #2- a girl- will be here in a few weeks and I know I can’t wait to meet her!

LOVE this time of year when the Azaleas are in full bloom. The colors were just so vivid for our sunset session.

Dawn is an old college friend of my sister’s and we have kept in touch over the years. This is actually her second session with Sweet Serendipity Photography and it was so great to be able to catch up during our session. Dawn, her husband David and their dog Shelby met me at the Thomas Center last Sunday for some early morning photos. Here are a few favorites from our session.

Here’s a hint to those who photograph dogs. When you say “do you want a TREAT?” this is the look that you get. Priceless. Obviously we had to take a break for treats after this one!

Giving Is Awesome Session #1 {Gainesville Photographer}

This session was really special to me because it was the family that I nominated for the Giving is Awesome campaign. Sandi had been saving money to have a session with Sweet Serendipity Photography adn then learned that her mother was diagnosed with cancer. She planned to instead purchase a session with her siblings and her mother so that her mom could have professional pictures of her family before she began radiation and chemotherapy. We met earlier this week (on one of the coldest days I can remember!) for their session at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. It was so cold, in fact, that the gardens had all of their plants covered to protect them from the freeze. We found a few pretty spots for these pictures.

Today I met with the J family at the beautiful Kanapaha Botanical Gardens for their holiday photos. We have been trying to get together all week but thanks to all the rain we had to push back their session to this morning when it was FREEZING!
