Lacie and Robert were married April 17 at the beautiful Sweetwater Branch Inn in Downtown Gainesville. Everything about their day was absolutely perfect- from the venue to the decor to the gorgeous Springtime weather. It was the perfect day for a garden ceremony.

Once the reception kicked of it was party time! And boy does this crowd know how to have a good time!

During the bride and groom’s first dance the groom’s grandparents joined in. The groom’s grandfather was celebrating his 90th birthday and the couple picked April 17th as their wedding date in his honor. What a beautiful moment.

And then time to cut the cake. Their cakes were from the Flower Pot Bakery in Gainesville.

And then time for some more partying!

And to cap off the night, Robert’s friends welcomed Lacie into the “family” by serenading her with “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” a la Top Gun.

Their wedding was a culmination of many months of planning and everything came together beautifully. I simply could not WAIT to put up this post.  When I was heading home from Josi and Brandon’s wedding last night at the beautiful Rustic Manor in Newberry, FL I was so excited to offload the cards and see their photos.  Every last detail of this wedding was absolutely gorgeous, and Josi was one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen.  Her friend and family pitched in to help with much of the decor and details of the wedding, and both Josi and Brandon were so appreciative of their help.  Here is a sneak peek of the sneak peek if you will, because I was so excited to get some of these posted.  Enjoy the details and some of Josi’s bridal shots!

I have known Allen for several years. He was actually one of my instructors in paramedic school and is now the Lieutenant on the engine at the fire station where I work as the Lieutenant on the ambulance. When he asked me to photograph his upcoming wedding I was absolutely honored to be asked. Allen is a photographer himself and does a lot of work for the University of Florida volleyball, gymnastics and baseball teams. He and Jennifer scoped out the lighting at the UF Baughman Center where the had their wedding planned so that their photos would be taken at the perfect moment.

The morning of their wedding started with overcast skies and I was a bit worried about the forecast for the day but by early afternoon the sun had come out and it was a gorgeous day. Jennifer and Allen’s wedding ceremony was lovely and intimate as it was attended by just close friends and family.

Josi and Brandon are simply put one of the sweetest couples that I have ever met. We met this past week in beautiful Downtown Alachua for their engagement session. They will be married on April 10 here in Gainesville Florida at the Rustic Manor and I can’t wait for their wedding!

Lacie and Robert are getting married in April of 2010. We decided to do a two part engagement session so we could get some photos for custom Save the Date cards with to mail to their family and friends. We met this past Sunday for part one of their session. Part two will take place in early 2010 so stay tuned!

I think this is such an absolutely adorable couple, and they are also a LOT of fun to be around! We have big plans for part two! I also think that Lacie is going to be an absolutely STUNNING bride.
