Dawn is an old college friend of my sister’s and we have kept in touch over the years. This is actually her second session with Sweet Serendipity Photography and it was so great to be able to catch up during our session. Dawn, her husband David and their dog Shelby met me at the Thomas Center last Sunday for some early morning photos. Here are a few favorites from our session.

Here’s a hint to those who photograph dogs. When you say “do you want a TREAT?” this is the look that you get. Priceless. Obviously we had to take a break for treats after this one!

I have been so busy with the holidays and orders and packaging and sessions, and really just life in general- and I realized that I have not spent any time taking pictures of my OWN child. I took these photos on Thanksgiving Day while waiting to do my sister’s photo session- and wanted to share some photos of the absolute love of my life.
