The holiday season used to officially kick off for me the day after Thanksgiving. I would go out in search of a Christmas tree (knowing full well that by mid December it would be shedding leaves and I would be asking myself WHY oh WHY did I not wait a few weeks to buy one?) and would decorate the house in preparation for the upcoming holidays. As a photographer, however, the official kick off for the holiday season is now November 1st. Holiday mode is in full swing here at Sweet Serendipity Photography and it feels like Santa’s workshop here some days. Holiday cards are being ordered, sessions are being booked, and orders are being packaged and sent out as soon as they possibly can.
Just a reminder about some important upcoming dates:
Saturday, November 14th- holiday preorders are placed. If you have preordered holiday cards and were waiting to pay for them, your payment is due as the card orders will be processed on this date,
Sunday, December 6th- last day for holiday sessions. This is the last day for sessions that will guarantee to have products/ prints back in time for Christmas. Sessions completed after this date that plan to order for the holidays may need to upgrade to rush processing to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Tuesday, December 15th- last day for rush orders. Orders placed after this day may or may not be delivered in time for Christmas.
